Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Jajoo.de. We’re committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 15 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you via email of any significant delays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (15 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.


3. International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Switzerland, Austria
Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages
